We're looking for an exceptional Sr Marketing Recruiter to support hiring across our G&A and broader business functions at Neko Health. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to identify, attract, and close the kind of operators and business partners who build strong foundations, drive operational excellence, and enable scalable growth.

You'll work closely with senior business leaders to hire across Marketing, Communications, P& Public Relations. Your focus will be on quality and strategic alignment, bringing in talent from high-growth companies, top-performing corporate environments, and mission-driven organizations.

We're post-Series B and moving quickly, and this area of hiring is about precision, partnership, and strong advisory capabilities.

• Support hiring across, Marketing, Communications and Public Relations globally.

• Will act as the point of contact for the Marketing organization and will partner with our C-suite stakeholders.

• Source proactively and creatively, tapping into diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on role design, organizational needs, and hiring prioritization.

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our brand.

• Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
