The role
What you'll be doing
You'll play an important role in the ongoing development of the Remediation CoE Power Platform Hub, working closely with other engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
Supporting a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including case management, workflow automation, and business applications, you'll help build and maintain solutions that are scalable and aligned to business needs. You'll collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge and provide day-to-day technical guidance to E1 engineers, helping them develop their skills and confidence while contributing to continuous improvement across the team.
This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where you'll design, build, test and support Power Platform solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll apply your technical expertise to solve complex challenges, while using your communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, build strong relationships and demonstrate the value our engineering work brings to the organisation.
You'll contribute to technical discussions and collaborate with colleagues across and beyond the Remediation CoE, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and adhere to established engineering standards. You'll take responsibility for the quality of your work, share learning with others, and support E1 engineers through constructive feedback, practical coaching and guidance on delivery, helping create an environment where the team can improve and innovate.
About you
The minimum requirements for the role are:
Hands-on experience developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform
Experience delivering and supporting business solutions and technical artefacts through low-code technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including security groups, environment management, access controls, and application permissions
Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers, manage your own delivery, and provide hands-on support and appropriate technical direction to E1 engineers to overcome complex challenges and achieve high-quality outcomes
Practical knowledge of Power Platform governance, including DLP, licensing, capacity management, and platform usage
Good technical judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to improve ways of working and contribute positively within a team
An automation-first mindset, with a passion for simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and driving operational efficiency
Our customer first behaviours put customers and members at the heart of how we work together. They are the set of behaviours that every colleague needs to display, in every role:
Feel what customers feel - We step into our customers' shoes, using their feedback and insights to empathise with them and to understand their needs, so that every decision we make starts and finishes with our customers in mind
Say it straight - We are brave in speaking out and saying what we think - we're honest and direct with good intent, openly sharing diverse perspectives to reach the best conclusions and using language everyone can understand
Push for better - We don't settle for mediocrity, we challenge the status quo, taking responsibility for continuous improvement and personal development
Get it done - We prioritise what will have the greatest impact, we are decisive, and we take accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes
You can strengthen your application by showing how our customer first behaviours resonate with you, and where you may have already demonstrated these.
