This is a part time role (20 hours p.w), that will see you working from 7pm - 11pm or 8pm - 12am, 5 days out of 7, including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Car Park Attendant at our Manchester sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Requirements

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
