What we're looking for

Experience Required -

Proven experience delivering complex digital and technology transformation projects within large enterprise environments.
Strong exposure to ERP, enterprise applications, cloud, SaaS and/or data transformation programmes.
Experience managing multiple technical workstreams, external suppliers and complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong project governance, financial management, RAID management and senior stakeholder reporting.
Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.

Nice to have

Experience with platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar would be advantageous.
Background delivering technology projects within engineering, energy, nuclear, manufacturing or other regulated enterprise environments is highly desirable.

The role

IT Project Manager - Digital & Technology Transformation

We are supporting an exciting and growing Small Modular nuclear Reactor organisation as it continues to develop its digital and technology capabilities during a significant period of growth.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex digital and enterprise technology transformation projects, spanning ERP, cloud, SaaS, data and enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can take ownership of complex technology initiatives, manage multiple workstreams and drive projects from initial scope and requirements through to successful implementation.

We are particularly interested in confident, delivery-focused Project Managers who can operate autonomously, bring structure to complex requirements and build credibility quickly across both technical and business teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation at the forefront of the UKs nuclear energy programme, delivering technology transformation projects that will help shape its future digital capabilities.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities -

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and technology transformation projects across ERP, cloud, SaaS, data and enterprise applications.
Manage project scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and governance.
Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, third-party suppliers and systems integrators.
Oversee system implementations, integrations, platform migrations and associated business change.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans.
Manage testing, data migration, implementation, cutover and operational transition activities.
Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, proactively managing risks, issues and delivery challenges.
