Requirements

What we're looking for

GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
At least two years of prescribing experience
Experience in a clinical setting
Genuine interest in patient outcomes, not just the subject matter
Comfortable working at pace in an environment that is still evolving
CBPM knowledge is not required, we will train you properly

The role

Your patients have usually tried everything else. By the time they reach Montu UK, most have been through years of treatment that has not worked. You will be prescribing cannabis-based medicines to people for whom this is often a last resort, and for many of them it changes their quality of life substantially.

That is not a line. It is the reason the right pharmacist wants this job.

What you'll do

Clinically review and prescribe CBMPs
Manage a complex patient caseload
Support the dispensary team with clinical queries
Contribute to education across patients and staff.
Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team
Maintain accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards.
