The role
At Accessorize we're dedicated to offering accessories that enable all women to express themselves. Since 1984 we've offered the accessories that make the outfit.
We're committed to giving back and supporting the community, particularly by working with charities that support women. We're also constantly improving our sustainability efforts by making conscious choices with the materials we use and our production processes. Our team design in-house at our Notting Hill studio and we source globally and ethically.
Our first store opened in the iconic Covent Garden, a fashion-forward shopping destination both then and now. In the years since we've grown to include stores worldwide.

- Market-specific price changes and markdowns
- Action grade changes and manage exclusions
- Awareness of local market events and their impact on stock and sales
- Keeping up to date with brand promotional activity and replicating in other markets, where appropriate
- Collate market feedback throughout the season, as well as during the international conferences
- Allocation of stock to new store packages and maintenance of order wells
- Commercial awareness of performance and stock levels across the business by department and the impact on branches/markets
- Store and warehouse visits, as required
- Develop a strong understanding of reporting systems and tools available
- Complete system testing as required by the business
- Management of own career development and commercial knowledge
