The role
Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Stourbridge
As the Service Co-ordinator within in our Service Department, you will be responsible for co-ordinating service delivery growth aligned to our Service & Maintenance operations. You will require excellent analytical skills, organisation and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, suppliers and clients.
What you'll do
- Booking PPM visits and updating daily planner
- Placing orders to suppliers and specialist contractors
- Responding to company emails
- Responding to daily customer phone calls
- Actioning emergency call outs
- Updating weekly call out rota
- General department administration
- Any day-to-day duties involved in the running of the service department
