About the Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities

Providing a visible and professional security presence
Preventing and detecting theft and loss
Monitoring the store and responding appropriately to incidents
Assisting customers and staff when required
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
Following company security procedures and policies
Completing incident reports accurately when required
Using company-issued security equipment, including a mobile phone and body-worn camera
Maintaining professional standards and good communication at all times
