Skills
The role
1. Role Purpose
The Project Coordinator supports the effective coordination, administration and progression of installation works across the Installations Team. The role provides day-to-day control of work bank activity, engineer and subcontractor coordination, customer communication, documentation, system updates, job readiness and close-out activity. Working closely with Technical Operations Managers and wider support functions, the post holder helps ensure works are planned, progressed, evidenced and completed in a safe, timely and commercially controlled manner.
2. Role Positioning and Scope
This is a coordination and support role within Installation Services. The Project Coordinator enables operational delivery by maintaining accurate work records, coordinating information flow, supporting mobilisation, arranging access and appointments, progressing actions and ensuring key system updates are completed. The role does not own technical decisions, commercial authority, health and safety governance or line management of engineers, but provides the control and communication needed to support those accountable roles.

· Coordinate engineer, subcontractor, customer and site communication to support effective mobilisation and delivery.
· Arrange appointments, access requirements, permits, parking, inductions and site-specific information where required.
· Support Technical Operations Managers with work sequencing, action tracking, customer updates and recovery of delayed or blocked works.
· Maintain accurate system notes confirming the next action, its due date and its owner.
· Update customer portals, internal systems and shared trackers in line with account instructions and operational requirements.
· Retrieve, process and respond to phone and email communications promptly and professionally.
