The role

ROLE: Mobile Engineer - Multi-Tech
HOURS: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, some flexibility
LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds (Mobile)

We're looking for a Mobile Engineer - Multi-Tech who will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities to the highest level of service for the client.

What you'll do

Responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces, as well as a willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
Should have minor electrical/mechanical experience.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Working.
You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Relevant qualifications required, e.g. C&G or equivalent, or a trade-related qualification. (Good to have)
Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Working.
