We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
What you'll do
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
Role Responsibilities
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Type: Full time
Rate of pay: £16.05 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (23:00 - 07:00)
Location: Transport for London, Victoria Street, London, Greater London, England, SW1E 5JX
