The role

We're looking for a Building Services Supervisor who will lead a team of engineers across North East Scotland College sites, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of maintenance services while driving high standards of customer service and operational performance.

What you'll do

· Lead and supervise a team of engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and quoted works across multiple sites.
· Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
· Monitor asset management activities, maintenance schedules, and the timely completion of remedial actions arising from inspections.
· Promote compliance with health & safety standards, RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and company procedures.
· Coach, mentor, and develop engineering teams while driving continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence.
