Job Description

Joining as Transaction Tax Manager with a Somerset office base whist flexible working arrangements with potential for remote working on offer, dependent on the location of the right candidate, you will join an experienced team focused on advising clients throughout transactions advising shareholders and business owners on the sale of businesses, buy-out and transaction structures. business transfers, reorganisations and restructuring and tax due diligence work. You will work closely with clients, progress in your career and carve a key, long term role within the growing, leading firm of chartered accountants.

The Successful Applicant

You will be any of CTA, ATT, ACCA, ACA qualified with a career background within corporate tax with significant experience within transaction tax. Your experience will have most likely have been developed within a Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environment, or independent firm of any size. You will have developed to around the Corporate Tax Manager, or Transaction Tax Manager levels seeking the right move with at least four to five years or significantly many more years experience in the sector. You will be looking for a role and environment where you can develop and progress in your corporate tax career.
