Interim Procurement Manager in London

A Public Sector organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to support its Housing and Property Services function during a period of change.This role will take ownership of a number of critical procurements, including a major reactive repairs programme, and requires someone who can quickly step into a busy environment and deliver results from day one.

Key responsibilities for the Interim Procurement Manager include:

• Leading end-to-end procurement activities across housing and property services categories
• Managing complex PCR-compliant tender exercises
• Delivering a large-scale reactive repairs procurement programme
• Running multi-lot tenders across multiple workstreams and suppliers
• Supporting stakeholders across operational, technical and senior management teams
• Ensuring compliant, commercial and value-driven procurement outcomes

A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:

• Proven procurement experience within housing, construction, works or property services
• Strong tendering and sourcing expertise
• Experience managing complex multi-lot procurements
• Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Available to start at short notice
