The role
A Finance Manager role in the consumer services industry, based in London, focusing on managing financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounting and finance department. This position is key to maintaining financial health and providing insightful reporting to support business decisions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Good communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
