The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant to join a listed business in a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence key business decisions and benefit from strong career progression.

What you'll do

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance.Responsibilities include:

Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations
Supporting business cases, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with senior finance colleagues on strategic projects

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who is:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Commercially minded with proven analytical skills
Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
Proactive, curious and keen to influence decision-making
Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
