The Corporate Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with around 3 to 6 years PQE

* Experienced in corporate transactional work

* Ideally experienced in M&A and private equity matters

* Comfortable working on complex and high value transactions

* Ideally exposed to cross border corporate work

* Commercially minded with strong technical and drafting skills

* Interested in developing their career within a large international law firm

Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:* Advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions

* Working on high value mergers and acquisitions

* Working on private equity transactions from inception to completion

* Advising on complex cross border deals

* Drafting and reviewing key transaction documents

* Managing elements of transactions with support from senior lawyers

* Working closely with partners, associates and clients to deliver excellent outcomes

* Building strong client relationships and developing commercial awareness

* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the corporate practice
