We are seeking a driven Casual Waiter/ess to join Claridge's Bar team at Claridge's.

Claridge's Bar
There is nowhere quite like Claridge's Bar. The pace is vibrant, the standards are exacting and every interaction is an opportunity to create memorable moments. As a part of the team, you will be guiding guests through carefully curated collections of rare champagnes and sought-after spirit and delivering a service that feels both warm and impeccably composed.

As a Waiter/ess you will be responsible for:

• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
• Working with the Bar Management and Bartenders to ensure perfect sequence of service for our guests.
• Fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks and food to Claridge's standards.
• Handling complaints or menu questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Recommending Food and Beverage from our menu to guest preference and taste
• Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.

Successful candidates for our Waiter/ess opportunity will:

• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
• Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
• You will have a passion for cocktails and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced exciting environment.
• Have exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic Cocktails.
