£80,000-£95,000 base + 30% bonus

We're working with one of London's fastest-growing AI startups, building a platform that helps global brands understand and optimise how they appear across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other AI search platforms.

Following rapid growth, they're looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their London team and play a key role in how Customer Success develops as the business scales.

The Role

You'll own relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, helping them get maximum value from the platform while driving adoption, retention and account growth.

This is an early-stage environment, so you'll also have genuine input into how Customer Success is built - from processes and playbooks through to the wider customer journey.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Customer Success, Account Management or Account Director experience
• Experience managing Mid-Market or Enterprise customers
• Commercial approach to retention, renewals and expansion
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO or content strategy
• Experience within MarTech, SaaS, AI, data or a digital/SEO agency would be highly relevant
• Comfortable building processes and working without an established playbook
• Ambitious, intelligent and excited by a fast-paced startup environment
• Happy working 5 days per week from the London office

We're also particularly interested in speaking with Account Managers or Account Directors from digital/SEO agencies who are interested in moving into a high-growth SaaS environment.
