About the pub

This opportunity requires an experienced operator with a proven track record of delivering high-volume, premium food sales within a pub and casual dining environment. Success in this business will come from the ability to lead large teams, maintain exceptional operational standards, and build strong community relationships that drive repeat trade and local engagement.

The pub operates across a two-door trading environment and delivers approximately 1,600 covers per week, with a strong 70/30 wet-to-dry sales split. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, commercially astute, and experienced in managing volume whilst maintaining outstanding guest experiences, effective cost controls, and consistent team performance. Strong community engagement, people leadership, and the ability to maximise both food and drink sales will be essential to unlocking the site's full potential.

Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 Bedroom separate but attached stone cottage with private entrance and parking
