Room Attendant, One Devonshire Gardens by Hotel Du Vin

Working behind the scenes to ensure the HDV standards are maintained you will be a vital cog in the Hotel team.

Room Attendants will be required to style the rooms with an eye for detail and a passion for cleaning. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the rooms are ready on time, to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you on the corridors. Room Attendants have just as much interaction with our guests as any other staff member – so must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests with a smile and personality.

High standards will be second nature to you? You love people and making guests smile everyday knowing you have delivered celebrity service?

At Hotel du Vin we create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Supervisory position – we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.

Experience in a similar quality hotel is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.

We actively encourage internal development and progression and Malmaison is on target to have 100 new apprentices in the business by year end. Candidates for this position would be given the opportunity to enroll on our apprenticeship scheme after they have completed their probationary period.

Our Sustainability Goals

100% of our electricity is generated using renewable energy with most of it coming from Wind Farms around the UK
