- Gathering requirements from the client, project colleagues and business users, and understanding the client needs.
- Developing the digital strategy, data and system architecture and managing a digital team responsible for delivery of that strategy.
- Working with colleagues and peers as part of a development and support team.
- Settling solutions on to stable-state operations whilst retaining some reach-back support.
- Liaising with partner IT functions; and other stakeholder IT functions; client and supply chain partners.
- Define the digital team structure, recruit team members, line manage and develop the team to be high performing and support their well-being.
- To engage seamlessly with other teams within the client project eco-system.
- Defining and setting up governance models.
- Developing and keeping your business and technical knowledge and networks current and continuously improving.
- Managing all aspects of digital solution delivery and operation on client-facing projects to enable the project/programme team to work efficiently and effectively and get access to the data they need.
