- Team lead experience 3+ years 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+) Strong knowledge of Spring Boot Experience with SQL databases Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito) Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams
