Are you passionate about inspiring learners and helping people achieve their goals? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Practitioner / Learning Coach to join our teaching team and make a real difference in the community.

You’ll deliver engaging classes, workshops and personalised support across Adult Skills, Apprenticeships and Tailored Learning Programmes. You’ll work with learners from a range of backgrounds, helping them build their skills, confidence and knowledge while supporting their progress and development.

If you enjoy working with people, creating positive learning experiences and helping others reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a committed and professional Teacher Practitioner / Learning Coach who can bring empathy, understanding and strong communication skills to support adult learners. You’ll help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to build their confidence and achieve their goals.

You’ll be confident using Information Learning Technology (ILT) to support teaching and learning, with an understanding of quality assurance, the learner journey, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
