The role

As a Junior Commercial Financial Analyst (all genders), you'll support the revenue reporting and analysis behind Lucanet's go-to-market teams. You'll keep our ARR, NRR and IFRS 15 revenue recognition models accurate and prepare the reporting that feeds monthly management packs, forecasts and budgets. It's a new, fully remote role based in [Country].

You'll join Lucanet's GTM finance team. You'll learn from and work closely with the GTM Finance Business Partner, and partner with RevOps and the Sales, Marketing and Customer Excellence teams. Because the team is new, you'll help build fresh KPIs and reporting while growing your FP&A skills in a SaaS business. You'll work async with a finance team spread across Europe. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and update the ARR, NRR and xP&A revenue recognition models, including migrations reporting
  • Prepare monthly bookings-to-revenue reporting by product and country, working with RevOps and AI tools
  • Prepare graphs and KPIs for the GTM monthly management pack and draft supporting commentary
  • Build monthly GTM P&L reports by function, making sure the numbers tie back to the management pack
  • Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets across revenue, COGS, people costs (PEX) and opex
  • Support the IFRS 15 sales commission calculations for forecasts, year-end and revisions
  • Investigate variances and deliver ad hoc analysis for GTM business cases
  • Report into Lucanet's GTM finance team, part of the wider FP&A function
