About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of digital products supporting SAP production planning, scheduling, and plant maintenance operations across a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and technology teams to drive the development of scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for production planning, scheduling, and plant maintenance technologies.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and maintenance stakeholders to translate business requirements into product priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Lead demand management, prioritisation, and release planning across multiple initiatives, balancing operational needs, technical complexity, cost, and risk.
• Ensure platforms meet regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements while supporting business continuity and audit readiness.
• Drive improvements in scheduling efficiency, production performance, and plant reliability through integrated planning and execution capabilities.
• Manage third-party vendors, systems integrators, and technology partners to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate across ERP, integration, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Product Management experience with ownership of product roadmaps, prioritisation, and delivery of business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, SAP production planning, scheduling, and plant maintenance processes.
• Experience with SAP manufacturing and maintenance solutions, including planning, scheduling, and execution integrations.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing vendors, enterprise technology dependencies, and large-scale system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within SAP-enabled manufacturing environments, including production planning, scheduling, and maintenance functions.
• Exposure to advanced planning and scheduling tools such as SAP ePPDS or similar solutions.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations.
