Operations Assistant

Key responsibilities

In conjunction with the Operations Control Centre (OCC), you will be responsible for assisting the daily operation and forward ad hoc operations.
Ensuring all flights plans are active for the days operation, delaying, cancelling & refiling where necessary.
Responsible for monitoring all NOTAMs
Responsible for ensuring all movement messages, ETA's / ETD's are updated in the company's flight watch system.
Ensure compliance with all applicable business and industry specific regulations, and legislative requirements, as prescribed in the OCC and Flight Operations Manuals.
Proactively monitor and analyse all available information to pre-empt and minimize or avoid operational disruptions.
Ensuring station contacts are up to date for third party service providers.
Advising internal stakeholders of significant events affecting the operation as directed by the OCC Controller.
Assist the daily Crewing function where required and as directed by the Crew Controller on duty.
Other duties as directed by the OCC Manager/OCC Controller on duty.
