The role

This is a high-profile opportunity to shape how Lloyds shows up with brokers at one of the most important moments for our Homes business. As Halifax Intermediaries transitions to Lloyds Intermediaries, you'll lead the marketing strategy that builds broker confidence, advocacy and commercial momentum across the intermediary channel.

Accountable for the development of integrated intermediary marketing plans, this person will play a key role in strengthening our position with brokers, building consideration and advocacy, and supporting the transition from Halifax Intermediaries to Lloyds Intermediaries. They will bring together audience insight, channel strategy, creative thinking and stakeholder management to ensure our intermediary communications are clear, compelling and commercially effective.

Working as a key connector between Brands, Marketing & Experience, Intermediaries, agency partners, trade media and wider business stakeholders, they will translate complex change, market dynamics and business priorities into simple, engaging and effective broker-facing activity.

The role will also lead a team of three direct reports, setting direction, building capability and creating the conditions for the team to deliver high-quality intermediary marketing activity at pace.

What you'll do

  • Shape the intermediary marketing strategy across brand, proposition, product and broker communications.
  • Build clear, compelling broker-facing activity that supports the transition from Halifax Intermediaries to Lloyds Intermediaries.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across trade media, LinkedIn, email, website, events, partnerships and content.
  • Partner with Intermediaries, agencies, trade media and internal teams to turn complex priorities into simple, effective communications.
  • Define success measures, use performance insight and broker feedback, and continually improve the impact of activity.
  • Lead and develop a team of three, creating clarity, pace and high-quality delivery.
