As a Weekend Receptionist at JLR you'll be the welcoming face and confident voice of our dealership - the very first person our customers meet, and the one who sets the tone for their entire experience. You'll create a positive first impression from the moment a visitor walks through the door or picks up the phone, making sure every interaction feels effortless, friendly and professional.
You'll be at the heart of the showroom's daily operations, managing the complete customer journey from start to finish. That means greeting visitors with confidence, understanding the reason for their visit, and ensuring they're introduced to the right specialist quickly and smoothly.
In this role, every day is different. You'll manage phone calls, walk-in customers, enquiries, updates, and team coordination, all while maintaining a calm, polished and welcoming approach. It's a fast-paced, customer-centric position that gives you real influence over the customer experience and the flow of the dealership.

Working hours: Saturday 09:00 -17:00 & Sunday 10:00-16:00 - 13.5 hours per week
