What we're looking for

Full UK driving licence.
Experience in SMART repairs within an automotive environment, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Strong skills in surface preparation, colour matching, paint application and polishing, with excellent attention to detail and finish quality.
Confidence assessing cosmetic damage, selecting suitable repair methods for minor paintwork defects, scratches, scuffs and bumper damage, and managing your workload efficiently.
A commitment to safe working practices and thorough quality checks, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent repair standards.

Restore vehicle appearance through high-quality cosmetic repairs, tackling minor paintwork damage, scratches, scuffs and bumper repairs. Take pride in achieving an excellent finish through skilled preparation, colour matching and refinishing while developing your skills within a supportive team.
