What we're looking for

Full UK driving licence.
Experience in automotive paint refinishing, including preparing and painting vehicle panels to a high standard.
Strong skills in surface preparation, masking, colour matching, paint mixing, spraying and blending, with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence assessing paintwork, identifying and rectifying paint defects and managing your workload efficiently.
A commitment to safe working practices, consistent repair quality and working collaboratively to prepare vehicles to a high standard.

£2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Basic salary: up to £33,000, depending on skills and experience.

OTE: up to £39,000, with uncapped earning potential.
