Are you ready to launch your People & HR career with a role that gives you the complete picture? Joining our people-centric team as an HR & Employee Lifecycle Graduate means you won't just learn one narrow area of HR, you'll gain hands-on, end-to-end experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & HR services. Start your career with real responsibility! This role offers real project ownership, direct collaboration with experienced leaders, and the chance to actively shape how our employees experience working here.

The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 07/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application.

  • Champion and administer our employee recognition schemes to ensure achievements are celebrated business-wide

  • Contribute to process improvement and optimisation projects, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery

What you'll need

  • Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree

  • Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
