Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Digital, Information & Technology (DIT) team within the Trust. Based at St James' University Leeds, you will play a key role in delivering projects that support the Trust's digital transformation, improve ways of working and help deliver better outcomes for our patients, service users and staff.
Working across DIT and with colleagues from clinical and corporate services, you will lead projects from planning and implementation through to successful delivery. You will bring structure, energy and clear communication to complex projects, ensuring that work is delivered on time, to a high standard and with a focus on benefits and outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be confident managing competing priorities, identifying and resolving risks, and bringing people together to achieve a shared goal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at the heart of the Trust's digital journey. If you are passionate about delivering meaningful change, enjoy working with people and want to make a real difference through technology and transformation, we would love to hear from you.

Why Apply for Our Advert?

Please note that if you are applying for a fixed term position, should funding be available to support there may be a possibility of the position becoming permanent.
If you choose to use Al tools to complete your application, please take the time to edit and personalise your application and ensure that the language used reflects your behaviours, ideas and values. We want to understand what you can bring to LTHT and your reasons for applying, not a version of these created by AI. AI is a tool, it is not a replacement for your thoughts, experience and ideas.

- Planning the project: Define objectives, create schedules, allocate resources, and develop a project plan.
- Managing scope: Ensure the project delivers the agreed-upon outcomes while preventing unnecessary changes ("scope creep").
