Demand Planner
Location: London, with flexible working from home
Love working with data? Help us put the right doughnut in the right place, at the right time.
At Krispy Kreme, a great doughnut experience starts long before the first bite. Behind every delivery is careful planning, smart forecasting and a team working together to keep our customers smiling.
We're looking for a Demand Planner to turn data into decisions that improve product availability, reduce waste and support our Manufacturing and Logistics teams.
Your role
Reporting to our Senior Demand Planner/Head of Demand Planning, you'll help forecast demand across our sales channels and partners. You'll combine historical sales data with insight from teams across the business to build forecasts that reflect what our customers want.
Your decisions will directly influence how much we make, where it goes and how effectively we use our ingredients, people and delivery capacity.
What you'll be doing
• Creating and reviewing forecasts to balance product availability with waste.
• Working with stakeholders to understand local demand, market influences and requests for forecast changes.
• Planning for new locations, product launches and range changes.
• Keeping our planning system accurate, including product information, recipes, ingredient quantities and labour requirements.
• Supporting capacity planning across production, manufacturing labour and logistics.
• Sharing planned volumes with our Supply team to support material availability.
• Analysing performance to identify opportunities to grow sales, reduce waste and control costs.
• Producing weekly KPI reports and presenting clear insights and recommendations to colleagues across the business.
What you'll bring
• Experience in demand forecasting, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the confidence to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside a willingness to learn new systems.
• Great organisation and time management, with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query would be useful, but isn't essential.
The person behind the numbers
You're curious, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy understanding what's driving performance, asking questions and working with others to make things better. You'll bring a positive approach and understand that good planning depends on both accurate data and strong relationships.
