We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Bar Operative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality - this is the job for you!

The Person

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous Barista experience
• Complaint Handling skills
• Experience in Cash Handling
• Able to work various shift patterns - morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role

• Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets whilst providing excellent customer service.
• Have a visible presence within the restaurant to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly manner.
• To up sell products where possible.
• Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy
• To assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
