We're looking for a commercially minded Regional Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, grow strategically important accounts and generate new business across the Kew Green Hotels portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Hotel Sales, you'll combine hands-on account management with ownership of our Lead Heroes programme, helping hotel teams turn everyday conversations into valuable sales opportunities.

About the Role

You'll manage a defined portfolio of accounts, retaining existing business and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across our hotels. Alongside this, you'll build a pipeline of qualified prospects and support our Regional Sales Executives with account development.

You'll also lead Lead Heroes, our internal lead generation programme, giving hotel colleagues the training, tools and encouragement to identify opportunities and tracking the results through to confirmed revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing strategically important accounts, protecting existing revenue and increasing profitable business across the portfolio.
  • Creating clear account plans, with agreed objectives, actions and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Building a qualified prospecting pipeline through research, sales tools, targeted campaigns and hotel referrals.
  • Using customer insight, booking patterns and market trends to identify opportunities and respond to account risks.
  • Supporting Regional Sales Executives with account planning, customer insight and prospecting activity.
  • Taking ownership of Lead Heroes engagement, training, communications and supporting resources.
  • Working with hotel and sales teams to follow up leads, improve conversion and remove barriers to participation.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on account performance, sales opportunities and Lead Heroes results.

About You

You're a proactive sales professional who enjoys building lasting relationships and turning opportunities into results. You combine commercial judgement with attention to detail, and you're confident working with customers and colleagues across different teams.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in sales or account management.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability and long-term customer value.
  • Confident communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales technology to manage accounts, track opportunities and analyse performance.
  • An organised approach, with clear ownership of actions and consistent follow-through.

Experience within the hotel sector or a sales organisation with shared responsibilities across teams would be an advantage, as would experience coaching, motivating or supporting colleagues.

Benefits

Our rewards package includes:

  • Career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our internal development programme.
  • Access to employee rates, offering huge discounts on hotel stays around the globe!
  • Attractive discounts across a variety of major retailers, restaurants and days out.
  • Free use of our gyms, pools, and leisure facilities.
  • 24/7 access to wellbeing, financial, and legal support through out Employee Assistance Programme.

Next Steps

A member of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange a 15-minute phone conversation with shortlisted candidates. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the role and for us to understand your experience in more detail. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to meet with the Hiring Manager.

We review applications as they come in, so apply early to avoid missing out. We may close the role once we've found the right person.
