About Kallidus
At Kallidus, we're challenging the way organisations think about learning and development.
For too long, the industry has measured activity. Courses completed. Content consumed. Boxes ticked.
We're focused on something that matters more: outcomes.
We help organisations connect learning, skills and performance to measurable business impact, supported by technology and AI-powered capabilities.
The opportunity
We're looking for a technically brilliant digital growth marketer who knows how to turn digital investment into qualified pipeline.
Someone who can get under the bonnet of a Google Ads account, diagnose why a landing page isn't converting, identify what's holding back organic performance and work out where we're losing opportunities across the digital funnel.
You'll own our digital acquisition performance, with a particular focus on generating qualified opportunities from organisations with 500+ employees.
Your deepest expertise will be in paid media and performance marketing, where you'll be responsible for hands-on campaign execution and optimisation. You'll also bring strong digital analytics and conversion optimisation skills, alongside a solid understanding of SEO.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the platforms, finding problems, experimenting and making things better.
We're not looking for someone to manage a collection of agencies or build strategy decks. We need someone who knows how digital growth works and can deliver it.
Paid media and acquisition
- Own and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, including campaign structures, bidding, targeting, budgets and ongoing optimisation.
- Analyse search terms, audiences, conversion quality and pipeline performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test new campaigns, audiences and approaches to improve acquisition efficiency and generate more qualified opportunities.
- Optimise investment based on commercial outcomes, not just clicks, conversions or lead volume.
Website performance and CRO
- Own the website conversion roadmap, improving landing pages, forms and customer journeys.
- Use analytics and behavioural insights to understand where visitors drop off and why.
- Develop and run A/B tests across messaging, layouts, calls to action and conversion points.
- Work with our website development partner to implement improvements and measure their impact.
Analytics, tracking and organic growth
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising platform data to investigate performance and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
- Work with Marketing Operations to connect digital activity to CRM outcomes and qualified pipeline.
- Monitor organic search performance using Google Search Console and SEO tools such as Semrush.
- Identify technical SEO issues and organic growth opportunities, working with internal teams or specialist support where appropriate.
- Build a clear picture of what's working, what's not and where we should invest next.
What you'll bring
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, VWO, Webflow and enterprise B2B marketing would be an advantage.
What success looks like
- More qualified pipeline from organisations with 500+ employees.
- Stronger paid media performance and improved return on investment.
- Higher website conversion rates and better lead quality.
- A consistent programme of digital experimentation and optimisation.
- Better visibility into which digital investments are contributing to revenue.
- Stronger organic performance through well-prioritised SEO improvements.
Why join Kallidus?
You'll have meaningful ownership of digital growth, the opportunity to work with significant marketing investment and the freedom to experiment and improve performance.
You'll join an ambitious marketing team focused on commercial impact, not activity for activity's sake.
We don't need more marketing activity. We need better outcomes from the activity we're already doing.
Equal Opportunities Employer
