Service Designer

3 month initial contract - likely to be extended£500 - £600 per day inside IR35 Public Sector Experience / Higher Education Remote work with occassional travel down to EOur client is looking for an experienced Service Designer to support a public sector / higher education organisation through an exciting digital change. This contract role requires someone with a strong track record of designing and improving end-to-end services within Higher Education and the wider Public Sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, map current and future-state journeys, and help shape services that deliver measurable improvements for both users and organisations. Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Service Designer within Higher Education and/or Public Sector environmentsStrong user-centred design and service design expertiseExperience leading workshops, stakeholder engagement, and service mapping activitiesAbility to translate research and insights into actionable service improvementsExcellent communication and facilitation skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and make a real impact.
