The role
We are looking for an authentic and driven Food and Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
What you'll do
Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that the F&B department is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager within our restaurant. You will also be flexible to support across the bar and breakfast as and when business needs require.
Requirements
So, we are looking for someone who has...
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts, weekends and evenings required
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
- Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
- Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best
- A personal license (highly beneficial, can be put through this if required)
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
- Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
- A willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights our guests every day.
