- A genuine interest in brands, events and building client relationships.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisation, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with budgets and client documents.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and act on feedback.
- Works well as part of a team and stays calm when plans change.
- Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Keynote is a bonus.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Account Managers and Account Directors with the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of brands.
- Keep clients and project teams updated, preparing status reports, contact reports and meeting notes.
- Help review client briefs and gather the information needed for proposals and responses.
- Track project budgets, raise purchase orders and keep financial records up to date.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues and internal teams to keep timelines and actions on track.
- Log client change requests and pass them to your Account Manager for sign-off.
- Spot issues early and escalate them to your Account Manager.
- Support pitch and proposal work, including research and presentation preparation.
- Attend live events across the UK and internationally where required.
- Build your knowledge of our clients, their brands and the events industry, and take up learning opportunities across the agency.
- Embrace and champion Identity’s values and behaviours.
- All other duties appropriate to the role.
