Sushi Prep Chef

You will

• Prepare, cut and present sushi dishes to Nobu's exacting standards
• Ensure your station is set up and operating efficiently throughout service
• Follow Nobu recipes and maintain consistency across all dishes
• Guarantee strict hygiene, safety and sanitation practices at all times
• Store raw materials safely and maintain cleanliness in all areas
• Monitor Health & Safety compliance and report any issues promptly
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report breakdowns
• Handle allergy requests with care and communicate clearly with service teams
• Support and train new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro

What We're Looking For

You bring experience in sushi preparation within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment. You have great knife skills, a strong understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and a passion for precision. With a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence, you'll help deliver Nobu's signature dining experience.
