• Personality, style and charm for that excellent first impression
• Passion for 5 star service
• Rapport building skills to get to know our guests quickly
• Proactive, attentive and willing to help
• Able to safely lift and carry luggage and navigate stairs with ease

Key responsibilities of the Luggage Porter

• Ensure guests are welcomed as soon as possible and doors held open
• Assisting with luggage and taking to bedrooms in a timely manner
• Confidently show guests around room functions and amenities for 5 star service
• Ensure guests have had contact made if waiting in lobby area
• Working alongside Concierge with various guest requests
• Ensure all guests receive a dandy farewell when checking out
• Maintain organisation and tidiness in porter's room for retrieval of guest luggage
