What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating event service teams to deliver exceptional service standards.

  • Monitoring service quality, presentation standards and guest satisfaction throughout each event.
  • Ensuring all operational, health and safety and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Acting as a proud ambassador of Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.

What We're Looking For

You'll possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships and taking ownership of delivering exceptional experiences for every guest.

Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine desire to create memorable moments that leave a lasting impression.
