• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in leading and developing the F&B team across 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse.
• Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager when required, overseeing the smooth operation of all F&B outlets, events and functions.
• Lead by example, maintaining exceptional luxury service standards and a visible presence across the operation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, succession planning and team development.
• Manage service periods, events and functions, ensuring efficient operations and consistently high guest experiences.
• Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, gather feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with Kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Support departmental revenue, profit, labour and cost targets, including stock control, purchasing, stocktakes and minimising waste.
• Assist with rotas, labour planning, forecasting and resource allocation in line with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, licensing requirements and Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, product knowledge and operational excellence across all F&B areas.
• Support the delivery of departmental briefings, SOPs and training programmes, ensuring statutory and mandatory training is completed.
• Assist with promotions, menu initiatives and third-party booking platforms to maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Undertake Duty Management responsibilities and demonstrate flexibility across both properties as required.

The Deputy Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the leadership and day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets across 11 Cadogan Gardens & Apartments and The Chelsea Townhouse. The role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, developing and motivating the team, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the achievement of departmental financial objectives.
