• Assist teaching guests after Chef Tutor or guest chef has demonstrated or given instructions to guests
• To be confident in partial or full cooking of recipes to be used in cookery demonstrations
• To be intuitive and show integrity in being helpful and courteous, respectful of individual guest needs.
• To take pride in the preparation of workstations and classroom
• Clearing equipment and ingredients away at appropriate times.
• To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place.

The Kitchen restaurant, in collaboration with James Martin, provides an informal dining experience with an open plan layout offering our guests the chance to watch the Chefs brigade at work.
