·Deliver a warm, professional first and last impression by welcoming guests and assisting with their arrival and departure experience.

·Provide courteous assistance with luggage handling, vehicle arrivals, and guest requests to ensure a seamless journey through the hotel.

·Coordinate transportation arrangements, including organizing taxis and providing guidance on parking options.

·Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance by managing vehicle flow and keeping external areas clean and presentable.

·Safeguard guest belongings and vehicle keys in accordance with hotel procedures and security standards.

·Share knowledgeable recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services, dining outlets, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

You are a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented individual who enjoys creating memorable first impressions for guests. Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or Door Host/Porter role is highly advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You take pride in your presentation, communicate confidently with people from diverse backgrounds, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A full, valid driver's licence is essential, along with the flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
