The Role

A global financial services organisation is growing a senior Java engineering team to support a strategic, business-critical technology platform. Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on to the development of a strategic enterprise platform
• Help shape technical standards, design approaches and best practices
• Collaborate with other senior engineers to drive platform quality and stability
• Support the ongoing evolution of a long-term, globally used system

Requirements

• Strong Java backend development experience (modern Java versions)
• Background building high-quality, scalable applications in complex environments
• Experience working closely with business-facing stakeholders
• Comfortable operating at senior / VP level in a delivery-focused team
