Casual Pre Academy Coach

Hull City Football Club are looking for a Casual Pre-Academy Coach to join our forward-thinking Academy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for youth development to work within a professional football environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality coaching sessions and contribute to the overall development of players aged U6 to U9, in line with the Club's coaching philosophy.

· Support the Lead Foundation Phase Coach in the management and administration of pre-academy squads.

· Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions within the Academy's Pre-Academy structure.

· Supervise and attend fixtures involving pre-academy squads, as directed.

· Ensure all sessions and matchday activities align with the Academy's football philosophy.

· Conduct and write individual player development reviews.

· Attend all relevant Academy meetings and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events as required.

· Maintain up-to-date coaching qualifications and commit to ongoing self-development.

· Build and maintain strong local relationships to support talent identification and development.

· Represent Hull City in a professional manner at all times.
