What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with focus on AI/ML, Data Management, Software Development & Applications
Familiarity with smart city technologies, IoT platforms, Digital Twins, and urban infrastructure systems
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar for solution development and data analysis
Knowledge of data analytics tools and cloud computing platforms relevant to smart city applications

Nice to have

Advanced coursework or projects in smart city systems, urban planning technology, or related areas
Internship or project experience in technology solution development or engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and innovate
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
Interest in sustainability and improving urban living through technology

The role

As an Intern Bachelors Engineer Program Management here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in program management, contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, and learning project management best practices.You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of smart city solutions that integrate various technologies to improve urban infrastructure and services.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test and validate solution components and ensure alignment with project goals.
Support data analysis and reporting efforts to evaluate the performance and impact of implemented solutions.
