Plumbing & Heating Installer (Renewables)

• NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)

• At least 2 years' plumbing and heating installation experience

• Good understanding of domestic heating systems

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence

Pay: £16.80-£22 per hour (equivalent £35,000 - £45,000+ DOE)

GreenGenUK is expanding again across Devon and Cornwall, and we're looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join our growing renewable energy team.

We deliver hundreds of renewable energy installations every year, including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage systems. Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, excellent customer service and investing in our engineers.

You'll work on a wide variety of domestic renewable heating projects across Devon and Cornwall, including:

• Air Source Heat Pump installations

• Ground Source Heat Pump installations

• Unvented hot water cylinders

• Heating system upgrades

• Radiator and pipework installations

• Heating controls and system optimisation

• New-build renewable heating projects

• Renewable retrofit projects

You'll be working in customers' homes as part of a professional installation team, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

The role includes paid travel throughout Devon and Cornwall, with occasional overnight stays where required.

Whether you're already installing heat pumps or currently working in domestic plumbing and heating and looking to develop a career in renewables, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous heat pump experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
